Class Descriptions

AMRAP (30m)

As Many Reps (or Rounds) As Possible - As you may have guessed, the whole idea is doing as many reps/rounds as you possibly can within the allotted amount of time.

AQUA FIT (45-55m)

Training in the pool with a combination of cardio and strength conditioning while the water provides a safety barrier for your joints.

BOXING (60m)

A high energy fitness class which along with proper technique training will improve you agility, stamina, cardio, core and full body strength.

BURN! (25m)

A workout that will redefine your physique using BURN’s unique method of combining dumbbells with high repetition movements.

CORE+ (30m)

Work with resistance tubes, weight plates, and body weight for a great core workout.

CIRCUIT (45m)

Circuit style training with a focus on total body strength – Each exercise will vary in duration, but they will generally go for a minimum of 30 seconds, with rest intervals dependent on the intensity and duration of the previous exercise.

CURLS & CORE (45m)

Increase core strength and improve muscle definition, while this total body workout.

GLUTES GALORE (45m)

Small group class focusing on improving lower-body strength and sculpting your glutes, quads, thighs, and core – Working first on form and technique, before progressively increasing resistance levels

GUNS GALORE (45m)

Small group class focusing on improving upper-body strength and sculpting your back, shoulders, chest and arms – Working first on form and technique, before progressively increasing resistance levels

HIITCARDIO (30m)

Alternate between high intensity movements and short periods of lower intensity exercise, using just your own body weight to boost your cardio fitness.

HIITPOWER (30-45m)

Alternate between high intensity movements and short periods of lower intensity exercise, using your own body weight and additional weights to rapidy increase performance and cardio fitness.

HIITSTEP (30m)

A high energy class that pushes you to new limits using only your body weight and a step. Improve your power, speed, coordination and agility while burning some serious calories. This class was developed using the expertise and experience of those that competed for and worked with the British Olympic Team.

JUNGLE BODY™ (45m)

Wild mash up of Cardio, Afro, Pop, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Hip Hop and everything in between. It’s the perfect concoction of easy to do moves, amazing pumping music and results based training.

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ (45-55m)

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is a fusion of Tai Chi, Pilates and many elements of Yoga. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ (45-55m)

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT (30m)

A high-energy martial arts inspired workout which works out the whole body and leaves you feeling empowered.

LES MILLS GRIT (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

LES MILLS SPRINT™ (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

MOVE MOBILITY (30m)

Using foam rolling, mobility drills, and stretching to warm up, manage imbalances, reduce the risk of injury and improve exercise by moving joints through their full range of motion.

METAFIT (30m)

Body-weight exercises with interval style training designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

PHIIT (30m) 

Body-weight exercises with interval style training designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

PRENATAL YOGA (60m)

Open to all levels through any stage of pregnancy, yoga can help calm the mind and body for the journey through pregnancy and birth.

PRIMAL (45m)

A new strength based workout inspired by how we naturally move our bodies – Suitable for all levels of fitness.

PILATES (60m)

Pilates increases flexibility, builds strength, develops control and improves endurance throughout the whole body. It places emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

RESTORE (30m)

Sub30 Core™ Restore is an entry level workout program designed to help you rebuild your core safely and effectively – A great option for those with injuries or lower back problems.

R.I.PPED (60m)

High intensity workout combining Resistance, Intervals and Power for an awesome total body workout.

RPM™ (30-45m)

A journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding where you control the intensity – Fun low impact exercise.

SCULPT (45m)

Focus on strengthening your core, and toning your glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs. Lift, tighten and sculpt your body like never before.

SPIN (30m)

Freestyle Cycling HIIT workout which simulates riding across different terrains combined with the all new, Animal Flow, as a warm up.

SUPERSETS (45m)

Strength training in which you pair two exercises for a balanced and effective workout.

SWEATX (30m)

Bike, box, run, push, pull, lunge and skip inbetween routines of concentrated muscle burning dumbbell and kettlebell intervals.

TEEN TECHNIQUE (45m)

We have a special class for our younger members to learn correct lifting techniques, and reduce the risk of injury. Each session will cover 2-3 movements, focussing on correct form/techniques, and explaining the common mistakes and pitfalls for beginners.

VYPA™ (60m)

This is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. VYPA is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometric and Sport Specific Training.

YOGA (60m)

A widely practiced activity which cultivates health and wellbeing. Flexibility, mobility, coordination, bone and organ health, all over body strength and breath awareness are all physical benefits of yoga.

YIN YOGA (60-75m)

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas.
