Class Descriptions

BODYBALANCE®

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is a fusion of Tai Chi, Pilates and many elements of Yoga. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.

BODYPUMP®

is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout.

CXWORX®

30 minutes of work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as crunches, hovers, hip, back and glute work. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX® provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

45 minute training workout using a mixture of resistance, body weight and cardio based exercises to provide an all over cardio, strength and conditioning workout.

YOGA

A widely practiced activity which cultivates health and wellbeing. Flexibility, mobility, coordination, bone and organ health, all over body strength and breath awareness are all physical benefits of YOGA.

YIN YOGA

A slow paced style of yoga that stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

BOXING

A high energy fitness class which along with proper technique training will improve you agility, stamina, cardio, core and full body strength.

BOOTCAMP

An action packed class which combines strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training with a focus on functional movements in order for you to dramatically increase your fitness and muscle tone in the shortest amount of time possible.

GRIT STRENGTH

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

INTENSITY

30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training cardio workout. Using minimal equipment and a series of body-weight exercises designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. 

STRENGTH

A solid workout, aiming to strengthen your entire body. Using a variety of equipment, you will feel your body take shape while building confidence which will leave you standing taller and functioning a whole lot better.

BODYBLITZ

Bike, bar, band, boxing, total body blitz! In 45 minutes you’ll run, push, pull, lunge and skip in between routines of muscle burning dumbbell and kettlebell intervals.

R.B.T.

Learn new exercise techniques, get pushed to new limits, and condition your body. Progressive training, 4 week programs introducing a new workout to keep you on your toes and to keep delivering the results you came for.

SPRINT™

30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

REVOLUTION

30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.

JUNGLEBODY®

Wild mash up of Cardio, Afro, Pop, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Hip Hop and everything in between. It’s the perfect concoction of easy to do moves, amazing pumping music and results based training.

HIITSTEP

A new and innovative 30 minute HIIT workout which only uses your bodyweight and a step. This class was developed using the expertise and experience of those that competed for and worked with the British Olympic Team.

VYPA®

This is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. VYPA is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometric and Sport Specific Training.

BIKE+BAR

Looking for the best of both SPRINT and BODYPUMP? Maybe some freestyle REVOLUTION combined with WEIGHTS? Half bike, half weights. Spin your way to cardiovascular fitness then build strength, mobility and power through resistance training.

STRETCH&ROLL

Because mobility, flexibility and core strength are such important components of your overall health, STRETCH&ROLL focuses on the foundations of foam rolling, dynamic and static stretching and core strength and stability.

TEEN FIT (TF)

After school training just for Teen Fit members. Teen Fit members can also access classes at other times, however those aged 11-15 can only access:
