Class Descriptions

AQUA (60m)

Training in the pool including a combination of cardio and strength conditioning work. The push and pull of the water allows both increased muscle training and a built-in safety barrier for joints.

BODYBALANCE™ (45-55m)

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is a fusion of Tai Chi, Pilates and many elements of Yoga. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.

BODYPUMP™ (45-55m)

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout.

CXWORX™ (30m)

Work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as crunches, hovers, hip, back and glute work. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX® provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.

CIRCUIT TRAINING (45m)

Using a mixture of resistance, body weight and cardio based exercises to provide an all over cardio, strength and conditioning workout.

YOGA (60m)

A widely practiced activity which cultivates health and wellbeing. Flexibility, mobility, coordination, bone and organ health, all over body strength and breath awareness are all physical benefits of yoga.

YIN YOGA (60m)

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas.

STRETCH&ROLL (30m)

Because mobility, flexibility and core strength are such important components of your overall health, STRETCH&ROLL focuses on the foundations of foam rolling, as well as, dynamic and static stretching.

BOXING (45m)

A high energy fitness class which along with proper technique training will improve you agility, stamina, cardio, core and full body strength.

BOOTCAMP (45m)

A high-intensity outdoor workout which takes a total-body approach to exercise – combining sprint intervals, body weight exercises and functional resistance training.

GRIT™ (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

INTENSITY (30m)

Aims to increase your cardio fitness dramatically in a very short time, through a variety of training platforms. You will enjoy the personal interaction of this workout program, while working towards your fitness goals.

STRENGTH (45m)

A solid workout, aiming to strengthen your entire body. Using a variety of equipment and training methods, you will feel your body take shape while building confidence which will leave you standing taller and functioning a whole lot better.

PILATES (60m)

Pilates increases flexibility, builds strength, develops control and improves endurance throughout the whole body. It places emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

BODYBLITZ (45m)

Bike, bar, band, boxing, total body blitz! Run, push, pull, lunge and skip in between routines of muscle burning dumbbell and kettlebell intervals.

WEIGHT CLASS (45-55m)

An intensive class which trains various muscle groups through load / reps. It's a great class to build strength, muscular endurance and increase mobility. 

R.B.T. (45m)

Learn new exercise techniques, get pushed to new limits and condition your body! This is a progressive training program which introduces a new workout every 4 weeks to keep you on your toes and getting the results you came for.

SPRINT™ (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

REVOLUTION (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. High intensity, low impact workouts are scientifically proven to return rapid results.

METAFIT™ (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout designed specifically to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

JUNGLEBODY™ (60m)

Wild mash up of Cardio, Afro, Pop, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Hip Hop and everything in between. It’s the perfect concoction of easy to do moves, amazing pumping music and results based training.

HIITSTEP (30m)

A high energy class that pushes you to new limits using only your body weight and a step. Improve your power, speed, coordination and agility while burning some serious calories. This class was developed using the expertise and experience of those that competed for and worked with the British Olympic Team.

VYPA™ (60m)

This is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. VYPA is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometric and Sport Specific Training.

TEEN FIT (45m)

After school training just for Teen Fit members. Teen Fit members can also access classes at other times, however those aged 11-15 can only access:

JUNIOR YOGIS (50-60m)

Bring balance and relaxation into your child’s routine. Junior Yogis allows your kids to explore the benefits of yoga through fun and interactive games and songs, weaving philosophy and meditation into a playful class. These classes have been designed specifically for children aged 5 to 10 years old.

ZUU (60m)

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that uses movements from the animal kingdom. The workout initially found its footing in the world of elite athletes, tactical police and the armed forces.
