In response to the growing demand for fitness related services in Port Hedland, Gratwick Aquatic & Fitness Centre was extensively renovated, and officially reopened with much fanfare on Saturday, 19/09/2020, providing the community with a new state-of-the-art exercise facility, which caters to a wide variety of fitness and training needs.
In the next phase for Gratwick Fitness Centre, we'll be activating the facility for 24-7 gym access and virtual training-on-demand.
From 8am on Thursday, 01/10/2020, the 24-7 access doors will be activated, and later on in October, a new Outrace Functional Training Platform will be installed which will allow for a greater variety of training.
Outrace frames are composed of pillars, beams, connectors, and a variety of modular attachments which allows for different configurations to suit various fitness levels and training goals, from beginners to pro athletes, from children to elderly people and people with special needs.
To celebrate the reopening of Gratwick Aquatic & Fitness Centre, Port Hedland Leisure are currently offering one month free membership.
