We're launching a fun challenge for members next week!
Sign-up at reception and take up the challenge any time between 10:30am-4:30pm on Tuesday, 25/08 and Thursday, 27/08.
You will work through a circuit of exercises at your own pace, competing for the best time, with the best performer receiving a special prize from the Master Ninja himself, Reggie Naude.
Please allow up to 30 minutes for your booking time-slot.
Remember to bring along a towel and your water bottle.
