June is Mind+Body Month! Over the next 28 days, we will be going over a range of tips & tactics to help strengthen your mind-body connection!

A lot of people think that yoga is the only way to achieve a better mind-body connection. Now, while yoga does a great job at that, as you'll soon discover, there are tons of different ways besides yoga!

Each week, we'll look at different training styles, and explore how you can augment your mind-body connection to achieve superior results – May that be reducing your stress levels, enhancing your general wellbeing, or taking your fitness to the next level.

Additionally, we'll be hosting a FREE YOGA CLASS for the whole community in celebration of International Yoga Day on Monday, 21/06 at 5:45 pm over at the Civic Centre Gardens.

No bookings needed, however only a limited number of yoga mats will be available, so please bring along a mat/towel if possible.
