Class Descriptions

SUB30 CORE (30m)

Sub30 Core™ is an effective workout that targets every aspect of the core; from the abdominals, to the obliques, and the back region in less than 30 minutes.

AQUA FIT (45-55m)

Training in the pool including a combination of cardio and strength conditioning work. The push and pull of the water allows both increased muscle training and a built-in safety barrier for joints.


Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is a fusion of Tai Chi, Pilates and many elements of Yoga. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.


Bike, bar, band, boxing, total body blitz! Run, push, pull, lunge and skip in between routines of muscle burning dumbbell and kettlebell intervals.

BODYPUMP™ (45-55m)

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout.

CARDIO+CORE (30-40m)

HIIT exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, finishing with focussed core work including crunches, hovers, hip, back and glute work.

CORE 15 (15m)

15 minutes of focussed core training including crunches, hovers, hip, back and glute work. Great to add on to the end of your gym workout.

CXWORX™ (30m)

Work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as crunches, hovers, hip, back and glute work. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX® provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.

GRIT (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

SPRINT™ (30m)

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

HIIT30 (30m)

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout combining Resistance, Intervals, Power and finishing with an abs blast for an awesome total body workout.


A high energy class that pushes you to new limits using only your body weight and a step. Improve your power, speed, coordination and agility while burning some serious calories. This class was developed using the expertise and experience of those that competed for and worked with the British Olympic Team.


Wild mash up of Cardio, Afro, Pop, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Hip Hop and everything in between. It’s the perfect concoction of easy to do moves, amazing pumping music and results based training.


A series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this class is sure to push your limits.


This outdoor workout will deliver results in a total-body approach, combining sprint intervals, bodyweight exercises, and functional resistance training.


Pilates increases flexibility, builds strength, develops control and improves endurance throughout the whole body. It places emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.


Using foam rolling, mobility drills, and stretching to warm up, manage imbalances, reduce the risk of injury and improve exercise by moving joints through their full range of motion.

R.I.PPED (60m)

High intensity workout combining Resistance, Intervals and Power for an awesome total body workout.

RPM™ (30-45m)

A journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding where you control the intensity – Fun low impact exercise.


Circuit style training at your own designated station with a focus on total body strength.


Strength training in which you pair two exercises for a balanced and effective workout.

TEEN FIT (45m)

After school training specifically for Teen Fit members – These classes incorporate a variety of exercises and training methods to quickly improve your fitness while also having fun. Teen Fit Members can access classes at other times, however those aged 11-15 can only access:

  • Yoga
  • Grit
  • JungleBody
  • VYPA
  • BodyBalance

VYPA™ (60m)

This is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. VYPA is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometric and Sport Specific Training.

YOGA (60m)

A widely practiced activity which cultivates health and wellbeing. Flexibility, mobility, coordination, bone and organ health, all over body strength and breath awareness are all physical benefits of yoga.

YIN YOGA (60m)

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas.
