Resetting Your Password

Can't remember your password? Dont worry, we'll get you back into your account in no time!

Just follow the steps outlined below to reset your password:

Step 1. Click "Forgot Password?" from the Member Portal

Head over to the Member Portal and click on "Forgot Password?"

Step 2. Enter your email address

Enter the email address associated with your account and hit "Submit".

If you aren't sure which email address you used for your account, try them all. You'll receive a confirmation message on screen once a valid record is found.

If you encounter any difficulties at this step, please send an email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au

Step 3. Check Your Email

You should now have received an email from us with a link to reset your password.

Follow the instructions provided in the email. If it isn't in your primary inbox, check your spam folder and add us to your safe-sender list so you never miss another email.

Step 4. Enter Your New Password

Once you enter your new password and click "Submit" you're all set! If you encounter any difficulties, just send an email to leisure@porthedland.wa.gov.au or speak to the Customer Service Team at Wanangkura Stadium.
