Port Hedland Leisure have implemented a variety of policies and procedures in order to ensure the health and safety of staff and patrons. All programs and services are run in line with regulations as detailed by the Western Australian and Federal government, and a COVID Safety Plan is currently in effect.

There are no material changes for the crèche in Stage 4 from Stage 3 – Operating times and booking instructions are listed below.

However, please note that all social distancing and cleanliness practices still apply.

WHEN DOES THE CRÈCHE REOPEN?

Now that we have implemented a comprehensive COVID Safety Plan to help keep everyone safe, we'll be reopening the crèche on Monday, 08/06/2020.

All sessions are now split up to allow Crèche Attendants to conduct a thorough cleaning of the facilities in line with our current COVID Safety Plan. If you intend on attending consecutive sessions, you will still need to collect your child(ren) at the end of the first session to facilitate cleaning works.

WHEN CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

Bookings can be made 24 hours prior to the session time – This has changed from 48 hours to avoid no-shows and disappointed members missing out on crèche placements. 

If the membership type includes Crèche Passes (Family Gold), or you have purchased Crèche Passes, you will simply be asked to confirm your booking.

If your membership type does not include Crèche Passes, and you do not have any Crèche Passes available, you will need to complete payment prior to booking confirmation.

Fees and charges remain unchanged.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

If you're a member, the easiest way to make a booking is to logon to the FitCloud™ –  If you're logging in for the first time, hit the 'Forgot Username/Password?' link at the bottom of the logon screen, enter the email address associated with your membership and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you've successfully logged in, go to: Book Online > Crèche Bookings.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS UNWELL?

If you or anyone in your household is unwell or currently demonstrating symptoms, for the benefit of staff, patrons and other children, please do not attend the facility.

WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO WE HAVE IN PLACE?

We have implemented a comprehensive COVID Safety Plan to help keep everyone safe. Aside from our increased cleaning, inspecting and reporting regime, you will also see a range of social distancing markers, physical barriers and informational signage throughout Wanangkura Stadium to help keep everyone safe.
