We're back at it again! This time, we're running bootcamp 3 days a week from 6-6:45am.

We want a small group of determined, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals eager to take part in our 12 Week Bootcamp to transform their health and wellbeing.

As a participant, you will gain access to a qualified trainer who will provide you with specialised training sessions, exclusive training and nutrition materials, tailored advice specific to your needs, and supplementary resources to facilitate your fitness journey.

Our bootcamp will also incorporate a range of tactics and techniques to help you tackle the day-to-day challenges that currently stop you from becoming the best version of yourself, and equip you with the tools and knowledge to reinforce long lasting healthy lifestyle habits.

Bootcamp already started... can I still join?

Halfway through bootcamp, we run a second round of enrolments for those who might have missed out – Details below:

Bootcamp Enquiries

How challenging will it be? Will I be able to keep up?

Fitness level are tested during the first session so that exercises can be adapted to the group. You will be pushed to your limits though!! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!

What if I have an injury?

If you have any injuries, it is imperative that you notify the trainer prior to the start of a session starting. We can then adjust any exercises accordingly so that you can still get a fulfilling workout.

What if I feel unwell?

If you are not feeling 100% that’s ok. If you can come and participate at a lower intensity that is best. Every workout counts after all.

What if it’s raining, or... really, really hot?

A message will be sent to all members of the group if there are any changes to Bootcamp sessions. If you do not receive a message, please go to the location listed on your locations sheet. Keep in mind, the sometimes challenging nature of outdoor exercise is an integral component of what makes Bootcamp, Bootcamp!

Where can I leave my keys?

You may leave any keys/valuables in the trainers vehicle. However, the The Town accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen items.

What if I cannot attend a Bootcamp session?

Just send through a message to your trainer at least 15 minutes prior to session start.

How do I register?

After filling in our Enquiries Form, one of our trainers will send you more information on the program and advise you on how to finalise your registration. Alternatively, you can drop in to Wanangkura Stadium during staffed hours to speak to one of our trainers and finalise your registration.

When does registration close?

Registration closes on Friday, 9 February – We recommend getting in early, we usually fill up quick!!
