How often should I go to Bootcamp?
You can attend as many or as few sessions as you like. However, we recommend setting a goal of attending at least 3 sessions per week.
How challenging will it be? Will I be able to keep up?
Fitness level are tested during the first session so that exercises can be adapted to the group. You will be pushed to your limits though!! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
What if I have an injury?
If you have any injuries, it is imperative that you notify the trainer prior to the start of a session starting. We can then adjust any exercises accordingly so that you can still get a fulfilling workout.
What if I feel unwell?
If you are not feeling 100% that’s ok. If you can come and participate at a lower intensity that is best. Every workout counts after all.
What if it’s raining?
A text message will be sent to all members of the group to notify you of any changes to a Bootcamp session. If you do not receive a message please go to the location listed on your locations sheet. Keep in mind, this is Bootcamp and a little bit of rain never hurt anyone!
Where can I leave my keys?
You may leave any keys/valuables in the trainers vehicle. However, the The Town accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen items.
