This program is designed to teach you how to lift heavy weights, in a safe and fun environment with one of our qualified trainers.

All sessions will focus on building strength, fine tuning your technique and shaping your supporting muscles. You will be provided with the tools and knowledge to hit each session with confidence and conviction. By the end of the program, you will have a personalised plan to take your strength and fitness to the next level.
