Free Training For All

We know that it's a challenging time to keep fit, so we've decided to run a series of free virtual classes for the whole community.

Every day of the week, you'll be able to work out alongside the trainers you know and love, from the comfort and safety of your own home, via your mobile, laptop or desktop.

Just bookmark this page (CTRL+D) and come back at class time and the stream will start below after a few moments. We'll also stream the videos directly to our Facebook page, but the video quality here will be a lot better.

It is the first time we'll be trying out this delivery format, so we welcome any comments you might have.
