60 for 60
This November, we’re participating in MOVE for Movember and completing the 60 for 60 challenge.
Around the globe, 60 men lose their lives to suicide every hour – The 60 for 60 challenge is how we remember them, while also promoting mental health, and raising funds for the Movember Foundation.
During the month, we'll be running, jogging or walking 60 kilometres, and we welcome everyone to get involved! You can go at it solo, buddy up with a mate, spread it out across the month, or knock out 60 kilometres in one go.
Go at your own pace, you don't have to be a track star! You can even cycle or swim if preferred, or a combination of all of that.. whatever gets you moving.
