Join the Port Hedland Leisure "Mo-Team" this November to help change the face of men's health – The Movember Foundation is a registered charity which focuses on:

  • Mental Health and Suicide Prevention 
  • Prostate Cancer 
  • Testicular Cancer 

How Can We Help You?

We're pitching in by providing fundraisers with a platform to help spread awareness. Send us your photos, videos, stories, anything and everything – And we'll promote you on all our channels – Our Facebook page, website, noticeboards, electronic displays, you name it!

We'll also have a voting station for the BEST MO, with the mo which receives the most votes, winning a One Month Free Membership.

Participation is open to all current members of Port Hedland Leisure. If you need more info, just give us a call on (08) 9158 9750 – We're always happy for a chat.

How Do You Get Involved?

Register for free at au.movember.com
Select 'Join or start a team' from your fundraiser dashboard
Search for 'Port Hedland Leisure' and then hit the 'Join' button
Start Nov 1 with a clean shave – Grow your magnificent MO for the whole month – No distracting beards/goatees

Once you're registered, send an email to healthclub@porthedland.wa.gov.au with your fundraiser link, contact details and any images/videos you'd like us to use to help promote your fundraiser. If you don't supply any image, no sweat, we'll just use the image you have on your Movember fundraiser page. Our team is also always happy to help you grab some quick snaps when you're at the stadium, just head over to the reception desk and ask for a Mo-Pho!

Our Mo-Sistas

Behind every great Mo-Bro, is a great, Mo-Sista! The Mo-Sistas of Port Hedland Leisure ran a gym challenge earlier in the month to raise funds to support their Mo-Bros and managed to raise a healthy $220! If you'd still like to make a contribution to the fundraiser, head over to: fitns.me/mo-sistas

The Mo-Sistas completed a challenge of 1,200 reps in 6 minutes to help raise funds, if you're up for it, you can also take on the Mo-Sistas Workout Challenge – Don't worry, the challenge was 1,200 reps in total, not 1,200 each, so you only need to complete 150 reps!
