  • Wide Push-ups x10
  • Narrow Push-ups x8
  • Walking Push-ups x6
  • Plank Walks (Elbows to Hands) x4

Segment 3 (AMRAP within 5 mins)

  • Mountain Climbers x10
  • Squat Thrusts x8
  • Plank Jacks x6
  • High Knees x4
