Our family memberships have been renamed 'Platinum Family' in line with our other membership options.
Besides the name change, we've also streamlined payments so instead of two separate payments, family memberships will be billed as one simple fortnightly payment.
You don't need to do a thing! As of 30th October, recurring payments from the Secondary account holder will come to an end, and the Primary account holder will be charged the full amount of $112/fortnight in line with the Town's 2025/2026 Fees and Charges.
If you'd like to check your status as Primary or Secondary account holder, click here. Your contract should either specify 'Platinum Family (Primary)' or 'Platinum Family (Secondary)'.
With these changes, the Primary account holder is in charge of managing payment methods, as well as membership freezes and membership cancellations, and all financial/contractual changes made by the Primary account holder will apply to both memberships simultaneously.
