Head over to Wanangkura Stadium on Sunday, 22/06 at 8:30 am for a FREE YOGA CLASS in celebration of International Yoga Day.
We only have a limited number of yoga mats though, so please bring along a mat/towel if possible.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, with all exercises including options for progression/regression.
