It’s nearly here! Next Thursday we’ll be going live with our new Member Portal which will provide users with a quicker, easier and more intuitive method to perform a variety of tasks online, such as booking in for classes and crèche, reserving squash courts, making changes to your membership, and more to come!
To ensure we transition over smoothly, our current online payment and booking systems will however need to be suspended for a few days starting tomorrow afternoon. We won’t leave you in the lurch tho! We’ve got a few alternative methods to ease everyone through the transition.
Group Fitness
Bookings can be made in-person or over the phone from 31/05-06/06.
Crèche
Likewise, crèche reservations can be made in-person or over the phone from 31/05-05/06, but the crèche itself will be closed for the final transition on 06/06.
Court Bookings
Squash courts can be booked in-person or over the phone for 31/05-06/06.
Pass Packs
Pass Packs won’t be sold from 31/05-06/06, but casual entry/use options will be available throughout!
Queries
There will undoubtedly be a few small kinks while we migrate to the new system, and we apologise in advance for these growing pains! Your continued support and understanding means the world to us!
